WIT is looking for a Gaming Designer to to join our team and create engaging & impactful design and support the lauch of a digital product in the area of sports. If you are passionate about football or other sports, and you want to create design for the global market and a global brand this is the opportunity you may be looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling and consistent game mechanics, user interfaces, and overall player experience
• Develop and iterate on game concepts, including storyboards and prototypes
• Stay up-to-date on the latest gaming trends and ensure your designs are innovative and engaging
• Collaborate with a talented and motivated team to craft high-quality game design
• Create high-quality digital and print assets for promotional campaigns across social media, websites, and other marketing materials
• Conceptualize and develop design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all design elements are consistent
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and project goals complete projects
• Stay ahead of design trends in the dynamic world of gaming and esports universe, ensuring our content feels relevant and exciting
• Coordinate effectively with external agencies, marketing team, and colleagues across different departments
• Improve the existing ad creatives and other designs
• Work both independently and in cooperation with the team

Requirements

• Portfolio required
• Degree in Design
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Attention to detail
• Be kept updated with technologies and current design trends
• Be passionate about football and other sports is a plus
• Experience in web3 products is a plus
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project.
• Must be fluent in English.
