• Conduct the induction program for new employees

• BSc or MSc on Psychology, Human Resources or related
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in recruitment in IT
• Proven track record in executive search for roles related to Software and Telco field
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and presentation abilities
• Must have excellent problem solving skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task
