We are looking for a results-oriented Business Developer and Channel Marketing Specialist to strengthen our Corporate Marketing Team. In this position you will develop a positive working relationship with channel partners to support WIT’s business growth as well as search for new business opportunities. You need to be passionate about technology and be keen to always understand the customer, the market landscape and the competition. Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients to arrange meetings
• Help in the most important aspects of the sales process, from lead generation, opportunity management, sales proposals and contracts
• Help to drive growth in new accounts, forging durable relationships with clients
• Understand customer needs and help to define the solutions
• Conduct market research to find new opportunities and improve sales
• Collect feedback regarding customer requirements and market trends
• Promote the company products and services
• Support marketing initiatives such as finding marketing partnerships and development of marketing collateral to raise brand awareness
• Maintain a good relationship with customers, partners and providers
• Give continuous feedback to the marketing team for new content and outreach ideas as well as feedback to management regarding customer requirements and market trends
• Market intelligence – identify opportunities through market and competitor benchmark analysis
• Keep partners up-to-date with the new products and feature enhancements
• Assist in continuously improving and optimizing channel marketing relationships
• Assessment and reporting of channel marketing campaign outcomes based on defined success criteria
• Maintain records of sales and customer feedback

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in sales or business development in Telecom or software
• Strong communication skills and be highly fluent in English
• Good documentation and writing skills
• A good time manager, multi-tasker and still be able to achieve deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
• Creative mindset and ability to come up with innovative marketing activities for to nurture leads and partners
• Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
