Key Responsibilities

∙ Market intelligence – Identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis
∙ Conduct customer assessment studies, following a well-defined methodology
∙ Understand the business processes, customer needs and the problems to be solved
∙ Describe the User Stories of possible solutions
∙ Help developing the product positioning
∙ Engage with the engineering team to better leverage the potential of the Apps
∙ Work closely with UI/UX team
∙ Deliver high-quality Insight work by creating dashboards and reports of findings for the project teams and the top management (segmented data and create daily, weekly and monthly reports)
∙ Help teams drawing insights and recommendations to optimise the use of all marketing and communications channels, influencing the design of campaigns and identifying product enhancements.

Requirements

∙ Must have excellent Communication Skills and be highly fluent in English
∙ The candidate should be knowledgeable about Technology, Mobile Apps and Business
∙ The candidate should have a solid knowledge about Digital Marketing and Business
∙ Ability to produce regular deliverables through Power Point, Word, Excel, Google tools
∙ Be a good listener, to better understand the consumers, identify their pains and expectations
∙ Should have good skills of creative thinking
∙ Should have experience on collecting and use of quantitative and qualitative data
∙ Experience of interpretation and analysis multiple sources of data
∙ Powerful storytelling skills, specifically communication skills that can bring insights to life for a business and technical audiences
∙ Proactive, highly flexible, highly organised and able to work with deadlines and multi-tasking
∙ Should have good presentation skills
∙ Good documentation and writing skills
∙ Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
