In this position you will support the promotion of our software products in the global market and for the corporate communication activities. You need to have a good understanding of the existing tools in digital marketing and be keen to understand the market and the product propositions. One of your main duties will be the creation of marketing collaterals and to help with the marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
• Be responsible for all the marketing materials, website, product presentations, benchmark reports, campaigns and marketing collateral
• Be responsible for internal and external corporate communication
• Be responsible for the company presence in social media
• Identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis
• Conduct customer assessment studies, following a well-defined methodology
• Develop effective product advertising campaigns
• Engage with other teams to better leverage the potential of our products
• Create scripts for marketing campaigns and videos
• Take care of our marketing CSR initiatives and have new ideas on how to drive user engagement;
• Be responsible for maintaining a relationship with swag providers and initiate internal swag ideas
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, web, Reddit, Telegram and Discord
• Collect and summarize feedback from all channels
• Produce reports to assess and improve user engagement to achieve growth targets
• Take part in defining the user acquisition strategy
• Plan, set up and monitor user acquisition campaigns
• Be proactive in suggesting and testing new approaches/audiences/channels
• Create engaging content and collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure creative assets are performing
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Provide continuous support to the Corporate Marketing and Brand Manager to make sure that our corporate branding guidelines are being followed, that our employees are engaging in our corporate activities and suggest ways of improving these activities

Requirements
• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
• At least 3 years of marketing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver with quality
• Continuous desire to learn new things and develop yourself as a professional
• Creative mindset and ability to come up with innovative marketing materials
• Proactiveness in the presentation of new ideas
• Good balance between analytical and creative skills
• Candidate must be fluent in English
